Amanda Dagnall is an experienced Third Sector professional with broad, cross-functional expertise spanning project management, strategic facilities management, procurement, event and conference management, policy development, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).

She has a proven track record of identifying operational challenges, leading collaborative solutions, and delivering successful and sustainable outcomes across a wide range of projects and initiatives.

Amanda’s greatest strength is her excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling her to work effectively with people at every level—from frontline teams and communities to senior leaders, partners and external stakeholders.

Matthew Dakin is Associate Director at GiveBradford, the Bradford District Community Foundation, where he leads partnerships, fundraising and strategic initiatives that connect businesses, philanthropists and communities to create lasting social impact across the district.

With extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and community development, Matthew has built successful partnerships with a range of local and national organisations. He previously played a leading role as part of Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture, where he led on sponsorship and helped secure support from businesses and partners across the region.

Passionate about place-based philanthropy and social change, Matthew is committed to championing initiatives that strengthen communities, tackle inequalities and create opportunities for people across Bradford and beyond.

ENAJITEY

Award-Winning Recording Artist | Vocalist | Performer

Enajite Faith Chukwuma, professionally known as Enajitey, is an award-winning recording artist, vocalist and performer whose career is defined by exceptional vocal ability, compelling stage presence, artistic versatility and a distinctive musical identity.

Enajitey’s stood out at the Airtel Trace Music Star competition, one of Africa’s largest music talent platforms. She emerged as the winner of the Nigerian edition before progressing to the continental finals, where she finished as 1st Runner-Up, competing against leading musical talents from across Africa. The competition attracted participation on a significant continental scale and featured internationally recognised industry figures, including global music star Akon, among its judges.

Her industry collaborations include work with respected Nigerian artists Illbliss and 2Baba, while her collaboration with acclaimed singer-songwriter Johnny Drille produced the single “Butterflies and “Let My Love Find You.”

Her single “Ayo” received recognition through BBC Introducing, and “Ayo” has also received international exposure through its placement in the YouTube series “The Wives,” reaching audiences through a production with millions of views. The song subsequently continued to build organic traction across digital streaming platforms.

Charlie Jerram is a Careers and Technical Education Project Lead within SkillsHouse, CBMDC. Working closely with employers and stakeholders to identify industry led skills gaps, Charlie works collaboratively to develop curriculum materials and pathways for priority sector areas. Sector-based programmes of learning are created for Bradford learners, bringing their academic studies to life, to gain industry-led credentials. These programmes of learning improve learners’ employability, work-ready confidence and provide increased opportunities to access routes into employment.

Dr. SANFO AGYO, PhD

Technical Customer Success Manager Cyberbit

Sanfo Agyo, PhD, is a distinguished cybersecurity professional, researcher and educator with expertise spanning technology, innovation, education, leadership and professional development.

He currently serves as a Technical Customer Success Manager, having previously worked as a Cyber Product Analyst and Cyber Range Technical Trainer. He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bradford, alongside qualifications in Cyber Security, Computer Engineering and Mathematics Education.

With extensive experience in technology, research, training, risk management and leadership, Sanfo brings a strong analytical and multidisciplinary perspective to professional and community development.

His combination of academic excellence, technological expertise, leadership experience and commitment to developing people makes him well suited to the Men’s Porch Legacy Awards Panel of Judges, particularly in assessing excellence, innovation, educational leadership, technology, professional achievement and community impact.
